Our Process
STEP 1
Hospice Gifts Service
Offer continued help for surviving family members as an extension of your bereavement program.
STEP 2
Report the Death
Exported CSV file or integration with CRM. By doing this, you can keep track of deceased contacts and prevent any sharing of their personal information.
STEP 3
FCA Reaches Out to The Family
We will contact you 1–3 days after you make your at-need arrangement. Appointments will be made within 1-3 weeks.
STEP 4
Aftercare Service
We will be there with the family until everything is done. If there is something we can’t do (i.e., legal) we will assist the family as they work with those professionals.
STEP 5
Promote Your Hospice Care
We provide you with the tools you need to promote your hospice care to a wider audience. We offer Google reviews, feedback, pre-need planning, and media promotion.
STEP 6
Report
We provide comprehensive support, including invoices (Only charged for families who used services), feedback reports, pre-need lead reports, and a live dashboard.

A personalized estate closing service to help grieving families wrap up all non-legal matters of their loved ones’ estate.
$14 partial service fee.
If we are unable to assist a family with our full service, we send out letters, emails and text to give them some guidance.
